Welcome to the 2024-2025 School Year

​I am honored to be addressing you as the Principal and academic leader of Kato Public Charter School (KPCS). I hope this letter finds you healthy, happy and safe as we continue to go through these trying times as a family and a community.

The KPCS team has been working extremely hard to provide our students with a safe and welcoming environment that promotes success and allows students to thrive academically. Here at KPCS we work as a team to build strong relationships with students and families. Our academic team is made up of a variety of several uniquely talented and dynamic individuals that are dedicated to your child's educational progress and achievement. 

I am proud to lead our wonderful team, knowing that they are actively engaged in the success and well-being of all students and families. Keeping our students and staff as safe as possible while still providing an excellent education is our main goal. As we focus on the safety of our students, staff and community, we have created the best learning environment and educational experiences possible for each and every student and staff member. 

Our Academic Advisor works with each and every high school student to develop individualized educational plans to maximize academic success and pacing onwards graduation. Our goal is to have every student working towards graduating on time, prepared for the work force and/or post secondary educational opportunities.

The KPCS staff and I would love to give you a tour of the school and answer all of your questions about how we can assist with your child's academic success, while preparing them for future opportunities.
